We were tired of being dismissed, confused, or even blamed by doctors and seeing others have the same done to them. All of us wondering why we still didn’t feel well, even when we were “doing everything right.”

We knew there had to be another way.

At Klasik Nutrition, we use food as both fuel and functional medicine. It’s not just about weight or willpower—it’s about hormones, stress, digestion, inflammation, mood and the full picture of your well-being. We’re here to help you prevent problems through food instead of always having to react to them. And we do it with curiosity, compassion, and evidence—not strict “perfection.”

We use a 3-Phase Approach to our Nutrition Counseling:

Phase 1:  Foundation

 Understanding the basic principles of nutrition is key to ensuring sustainable nutrition habits in the future. Ditching the overwhelming restriction, we’ll start with small, achievable habits and the why behind them, before we move to applying complex topics to your nutrition goals. 

Phase 2:  Application

Here’s where we take it a step further. We can integrate those foundational habits into your life, making them feel like something you’ve always been doing rather than a task that needs tending to. We’ll dive deeper into educational resources to enrich your understanding of your unique nutrition.

Phase 3: Optimization

You’re on a roll with those habits and have even started to get more complex with how they really work in your life now that you have the knowledge to back them. Now we fine tune your nutrition even further by filling in final nutrient gaps and mastering your relationship with food for long term success.
