What motivates you to help others achieve their nutritional goals and lead healthier lives?

I’m passionate about helping others improve their health without extreme diets. I have seen too many clients, friends, and family members struggle with a poor relationship with food and feel like a failure. I want people to be able to see there is a way to wellness that doesn’t involve obsessing over food, cutting out their favorite things, and being able to enjoy meals again.

What is your nutrition philosophy?

I’m an anti-diet dietitian working to help people improve their relationship with food, body, and mind. I follow intuitive eating principles to help clients ditch diets for good. Nutrition science is complex and I want to help make it more digestible (pun intended!) and applicable. I love creating a well-rounded wellness plan to help you achieve your goals and feel your best.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who’s nervous to start their nutrition journey?

You have a start to where you’re at, no one goes from 0-100 overnight and change is hard, celebrate the small wins along the way and remind yourself of your why.
