In My Free Time

Exploring museums and aquariums, cooking new recipes with my son, walking local trails, enjoying beach days, and spending time with family and friends. I also love staying active through 5Ks, basketball, and pickleball, usually with plenty of laughter along the way.

My Favorite Foods

Fresh, balanced meals inspired by Latin, Mediterranean, and Asian flavors. And yes, ice cream definitely counts as self-care.

What motivates you to help others achieve their nutritional goals and lead healthier lives?

“Seeing patients regain energy, confidence, and peace with food motivates me every day. It’s an honor to witness transformation when nutrition finally feels sustainable and personal.”

What is your nutrition philosophy?

“Nutrition should feel empowering, not restrictive. I believe food can be both nourishing and enjoyable, and that small, consistent changes lead to lifelong health and confidence.”

What’s your background in as a dietitian?

“I’ve worked with diverse and inclusive populations in both clinical and wellness settings, helping adults navigate chronic conditions, hormone balance, and mindful weight management. My approach blends medical nutrition therapy with real-world coaching to support lasting results.”

What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who’s nervous to start their nutrition journey?

“You don’t have to be perfect to start. Come as you are. Each small step counts, and we’ll take it together at your pace.”
