What motivates you to help others achieve their nutritional goals and lead healthier lives?

I am motivated by seeing positive impact nutrition has on people’s health and well-being, and by helping individuals gain confidence and manage their own health through sustainable and personalized guidance.

What made you want to start a career in nutrition and helping others?

As a former D3 athlete, I saw how nutrition impacted my performance and I experienced firsthand how the way I fueled my body directly impacted my performance. This sparked my interest to pursue a career where I could help others feel and function their best through personalized nutrition.

Give us an overview of your background in as a dietitian.

I have been a dietitian in clinical, community, and retail settings, gaining experience across a wide range of populations and health needs. From providing medical nutrition therapy in hospitals, to leading wellness programs, and offering personalized guidance in retail, I help individuals make realistic, lasting changes.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who’s nervous to start their nutrition journey?

Take it one step at a time. Be kind to yourself! Remember that progress is more important that perfection. Small and consistency changes can add up to make a lasting impact.
