My counseling style is collaborative, supportive, and insight-oriented. I help clients uncover and understand patterns in their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, offering clarity that fosters growth. Together, we break down large goals into manageable, realistic steps, building momentum through small but meaningful progress. In a world flooded with information, I support clients in navigating the noise, identifying what truly resonates with their values and needs. Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel empowered, confident in their bodies, and their choices as it relates to nutrition.

What motivates you to help others achieve their nutritional goals and lead healthier lives?
“I love when clients achieve success and reach goals that aren’t related to a number on a scale. Seeing their cholesterol or blood pressure come down or finally starting to have more energy to do the things they love. I love myth-busting and being a trusted source of information while reminding people that they are the expert of their own lives and body.”
What is your nutrition philosophy?
“I believe that good food and good nutrition can and should co-exist. My approach is rooted in flexibility, not perfection, and I support my clients in letting go of the all-or-nothing mindset that often gets in the way of lasting change. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, so I work collaboratively to create individualized plans that honor each client’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether someone is navigating a busy schedule or constantly on the go, I help them build sustainable habits that fit into real life. My goal is to support and empower clients to feel confident in their choices, make meaningful progress, and enjoy the process of nourishing their bodies.”
What’s your background in as a dietitian?
“I have been a dietitian for over 10 years and have been in the Telehealth space for the last 4 years. I have had a wide range of roles and I am most passionate about helping others find peace with food and nutrition. Whether that means ditching diets for good or looking into what could be causing that belly pain.”
What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who’s nervous to start their nutrition journey?
“There is no such thing as perfect, we’re actually expected to “mess up” when we’re learning new things it is how we grow.”
