What motivates you to help others achieve their nutritional goals and lead healthier lives?
“I’ve always had a personal interest in nutrition in food and nutrition and in the past I struggled with my own relationship with food. My growth through nutrition has motivated me to want to help others find a healthy relationship with food that also enhances their life”
What is your nutrition philosophy?
“My nutrition philosophy is that all foods have a place in a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I recognize that food is so much more than just fuel for our bodies but is also a source of enjoyment, culture and social connection. Nutrition requires an individualized approach as its not one-size-fits-all. Nutrition should enhance our overall well-being rather than be a source os stress or restriction.”
What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who’s nervous to start their nutrition journey?
“For someone starting out on their nutrition journey, I’d recommend to start with small, manageable steps. This helps to prevent the changes from becoming overwhelming and leads to sustainable progress.”
