Trimester 1 & 2
During the first two trimesters of your pregnancy, we will focus on supporting the development of the baby and mothers health through nutrition. Throughout this program we will be emphasizing essential nutrients to support healthy growth of your baby. This program will also include guidance on managing symptoms of nausea, fatigue, and GI problems during your first and second trimester.

Trimester 3 & 4
As pregnancy progresses, our nutritional needs shift. We will continue to focus on essential nutrients to support development of baby and continued healthy weight gain of the mother while addressing other common symptoms like nausea, bowel function, and hydration. In Trimester 4 we will continue to support you through postpartum recovery with focus on adequate intakes and essential nutrients.
