I started taking my health more seriously. I was feeling awful physically and mentally, with fatigue, an upset stomach, and brain fog, and no longer wanted to feel that way. It’s only been 4 months and I feel amazing mentally and physically. I can’t remember the last time I had brain fog. I have energy to get through my days and I can actually tell my body and brain have been getting the nutrients they’ve need for years. Since switching to a Mediterranean “Diet” I haven’t really experienced the painful stomach aches I used to get everyday after eating. My body and brain have been thanking me I feel happier and have been able to really regulate my emotions. I am so pleased with my progress.

I now understand what a balanced meal is and the importance of it. I have significantly decreased the amount of added sugar I eat per day consuming no more than 15g. It was so challenging at first but now it has become a part of my routine. I also have been eating more whole foods and limiting processed foods. I didn’t expect nutrition therapy to help me with my confidence and my body image issues. I think because I feel better mentally and physically my self perception has changed. I look at myself in the mirror with admiration now instead of frustration or disgust. I haven’t even reached my ideal weight yet and am so happy with my progress and discipline.

I’m forever grateful to Klasik Nutrtion and my dietitian Sam. Thanks so much for teaching me that eating healthy and exercise doesn’t have to be challenging or feel like a chore.
