I’ve been working with Klasik Nutrition for 1 year. I struggled with weight management, balanced eating, and keeping up with my fitness goals, I was motivated to start by finding out I had high cholesterol. My mother had a heart attack due to this and she encouraged me to reach out for help so that the same thing did not happen to me. Also, I wanted to learn more about balanced vegan meals as I felt like I had low energy a lot of the time.
Nutrition counseling has helped me so much! I have more energy and have more motivation to keep up with my fitness goals. It has also helped me to develop a healthier relationship with food and my body, which is something I’ve struggled with for many years. I didn’t expect to discover that there’s a lot of foods I can still have and enjoy while still meeting my nutritional goals. I don’t look at foods as bad vs good anymore, and I enjoy my food so much more now. Sam is the best, and I’m so glad I get to work with her 🙂
