1. Dietary Review
After booking your 3-pack, you’ll get access to your Healthie account where you’ll log your meals for one week — no judgment, just insight. This gives your registered dietitian a real-life look at your habits, preferences, and lifestyle so they can meet you exactly where you’re at. Think of it as the foundation for a plan that actually makes sense for you.
2. Nutrient Analysis
Before your first session, your RD will review your food logs to identify what nutrients you might be missing — and what changes could actually move the needle toward your goals. During your 1:1, you’ll dive into those results, set realistic goals, and map out what sustainable progress looks like for you in your life.
3. Sustainable Success
You’ll meet with your RD every two weeks to reflect, reassess, and keep building. You’ll go over what worked, what didn’t, and what comes next — with ongoing support and education between sessions via Healthie. By your third session, you’ll have a rhythm that feels doable and a strategy that lasts you far beyond summer.
