Women’s & Hormone Health

As women, we have unique needs that can be frustrating when we don’t know how to care for them.  The answer is not always “eat less” or “avoid pizza”.  Our educated team has put together self-paced programs based on the most common needs that come up.  Where do you need support?

Chronic Illness

You just walked out of your doctor’s office and they told you that you have acid reflux and prescribed you medication.  Or maybe they told you that you’re not diabetic yet, but you have to change your diet to prevent getting type 2 diabetes.  Our programs are here to give your guidance on your next step.

Lifestyle

Tailored to meet you wherever you are at in your life, our programs cater to diverse lifestyle goals. Whether you’re currently focused on weight loss or training for a half marathon in the next 6 months our nutrition lifestyle management plans are designed to support you through everything new life chapter.

How it works.

While most Nutrition programs will provide you with education, recipe guides, etc. we will not only provide you with this but week-by-week goals to apply the education to your everyday life. All of our programs (minus our pregnancy program) are divided into 3 phases:

Phase 1:  Foundation

Understanding the “basics”.  We can’t learn how to manage PCOS symptoms if we aren’t eating balanced meals. Also, a diabetic can’t manage their sugar levels if your not sure how to cook at home.  We will equip you with a “foundation” on nutrition that we will build on in Phase 2 & 3.

Phase 2:  Application

Let’s put it to work!  While we continue to cover educational topics, provide you with recipe guides, and grocery lists, we will get more goal focused by giving you weekly goals and progression.  This will include some trial and error to get to the bottom of cause and effect.

Phase 3: Optimization

With a solid foundation and understanding how to apply the strategies to your day-to-day life, we are now focusing on optimizing to feel your absolute best.  This “Nutrition 102” for those with basic Nutrition understanding that are ready to optimize their athletic performance, weight management, endo, etc.
