Women’s Health & Hormone Health

As women, we have unique needs.

This can be frustrating when we don’t know how to care for them.  The answer is not always “eat less” or “avoid pizza”.  Our educated team has put together self-paced programs based on the most common needs that come up.  Where do you need support?

Pregnancy

Congratulations!  What an exciting, yet overwhelming time – figuring out where to start can be a challenge.  What should you eat?  What shouldn’t you?  How do you know what blood work you should be asking for that your doctor won’t offer unless you ask?  How do you optimize your baby’s health? We have all of this and more covered for you in our Pregnancy Trimester 1-4 programs.

PCOS

PCOS is a condition where the ovaries produce an abnormal amount of hormones causing small cysts.  Not only is it painful, but a lot of the time goes undiagnosed causing frustration.  It can be so disruptive to your day to day life because you have come to the point where you think there is nothing you can do to manage it.  Nutrition can play a big role in helping manage the symptoms of PCOS.

Preconception

Making the decision to start a family is a BIG decision.  And we want to do it the right way, but there is so much information out there so knowing where to start is the first step.  How do you optimize your body for pregnancy?  How can your nutrition impact fertility?  What should your partner be doing?  What type of vitamins should you take?  We cover all of this and more in our program.

Thyroid Health

Thyroid Wellness is a self-paced nutrition program designed to support and optimize thyroid health. This three phased program is designed by our dietitians to teach individuals how to manage their thyroid with the aid of nutrition from basics to advanced nutrition strategies. Our program covers all of this and more.

Endometriosis

Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and is more than just cramps. Endometriosis symptoms range from chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, infertility, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, inflammation, fatigue and has overlap with many IBS symptoms. Managing your nutrition can play a major role in reducing your endo symptoms.
